About TCG Yomitori

TCG Yomitori is a tool for trading card resellers who've gotten tired of typing card names into eBay one at a time.

The product is simple: you photograph a stack of cards, our AI identifies each one and fetches its current market price, you review the few it's uncertain about, and you export a CSV that uploads directly to eBay or TCGplayer. What used to take an evening takes a coffee break.

Why we built it

Existing tools in this space charge $10 to $200 per month based on scan tiers, with the price-per-scan economics getting worse at lower volumes. We wanted something with a flat ceiling that's honest about what the AI costs underneath ($0.002 per scan, not $0.02), and that doesn't make you choose between "fast" and "flexible."

The name comes from yomitori (読み取り), the Japanese word for "scanning" or "reading." A yomitori-ki is literally a scanner device.

What we're NOT trying to be

• A full eBay seller suite (offers, messaging, inventory sync — that's another tool)
• A graded card service (PSA/CGC cert lookup is on the roadmap, not today)
• A marketplace ourselves — we just generate the CSV that uploads to wherever you already sell
