Pricing & plans
What card games are supported?▾
Pokémon (English) for v1. Magic: The Gathering and Lorcana are on the roadmap. Sports cards and graded cards (PSA/CGC) further out.
What happens if I hit my monthly scan limit?▾
We hard-cap. The identify pipeline returns a friendly upgrade prompt and stops processing further cards. No surprise overage charges. You can upgrade to Pro in the Stripe Customer Portal at any time, and your previous batches stay editable.
Do unused scans roll over?▾
Not in v1. Each billing period starts fresh. We'll revisit this if there's demand.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. From the billing page, click Manage subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of your current period.
Is there a free trial?▾
Not currently. Friends and family can be invited with a 100%-off coupon — DM us if you have someone in mind.
Identification accuracy
How accurate is identification?▾
We target 90%+ first-pass accuracy on clean phone-camera photos. When the system is uncertain, you see a top-3 shortlist with images and pick the right one in one click.
What if a card gets misidentified?▾
Two paths: (1) pick from the shortlist of likely matches in the card drawer, or (2) search the full catalog manually by name or number. Editing the matched product also recomputes pricing.
Does it detect card condition?▾
No — condition is human judgment. You set a batch default at upload time, then adjust per row in the editor. Same workflow as the competitors we benchmarked against.
Does it handle Japanese cards?▾
Not in v1. Japanese set IDs are different and our free data source doesn't cover them. On the roadmap.
Workflow
Do I need a card scanner?▾
No. Phone camera photos work fine. A flatbed scanner like the Ricoh Fi-8170 gives slightly more consistent results but isn't required.
How many cards can I upload at once?▾
Up to 250 per batch. For larger collections, split into multiple batches.
Can I bulk-edit a batch?▾
Yes. Select rows in the editor and use the bulk toolbar to apply condition, price, finish, SKU prefix with auto-increment, or variants across many cards at once.
What CSV formats can I export?▾
Three currently: eBay File Exchange single-card, eBay File Exchange variation (parent + child rows), and TCGplayer Pro Seller. Shopify and Whatnot on the roadmap.
Data & security
Where are my card photos stored?▾
In a private bucket scoped to your account. Images are accessed via signed URLs that expire.
Do you share my pricing data with anyone?▾
No. Your batches, prices, and templates are private to your account. We don't aggregate or resell any user data.

TCGplayer market prices, refreshed daily.
