Acceptance

By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What you're paying for

A monthly subscription that grants you a fixed number of card identification scans per billing period (500 for Starter, 3,500 for Pro). Unused scans do not roll over. Scans that fail due to a server error on our end are refunded automatically.

Acceptable use

One subscription per individual or business. Don't share your login. Don't use the service to identify cards that aren't in your possession or that you don't have the right to sell. Don't attempt to circumvent the scan cap.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided.

Disclaimers

Card identifications are provided as-is. While we target 90%+ accuracy, the AI can be wrong, particularly on damaged or poorly lit photos. Always review listings before submitting them to a marketplace. Market prices are sourced from third parties (TCGplayer via pokemontcg.io) and may be stale.

TCG Yomitori is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, eBay, TCGplayer, or any other marketplace mentioned.

Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for incorrect listings, marketplace fees, lost sales, or other indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
